CLASS OVERVIEW
A suspension training class will give you a full-body workout. It is especially good for those looking to increase strength in their core but it does target all of your muscle groups. It has also been proven to improve the flexibility and mobility of those who took part regularly and a great way of meeting new friends at the gym. These are small instructor lead sessions giving the participants a chance to work closely with the coaches.
