CLASS OVERVIEW

The circuit class is a high energy fitness class that pushes our members to the limit! after a detailed demonstration and explanation of the various exercises, the class will move through multiple ‘stations’ over set intervals. Participants get a challenging full body workout that changes each week, keeping you and your body guessing and your motivation high. Our classes are mixed for both men and women, beginners and experienced. Here you’ll find our beginners training alongside our experienced members and benefiting from the experience and motivation!
Having the support of fellow members in every class can really help push you to achieve your fitness goal, we like to think of our group fitness classes as a community of driven people – helping each other every step of the way!
