CLASS OVERVIEW

Our infamous group barbell class is called lift and burn for a reason – It’s tough! A challenging workout that you will feel the benefits from the next day. Participants follow the instructor and complete floor and barbell exercises to the pumping sounds of the backing track. This high energy class has limited spaces and is extremely popular. Our classes are mixed for both men and women, beginners and experienced. Here you’ll find our beginners training alongside our experienced members and benefiting from the experience and motivation!

Having the support of fellow members in every class can really help push you to achieve your fitness goal, we like to think of our group fitness classes as a community of driven people – helping each other every step of the way!
