CLASS OVERVIEW

A ladies only version of one of the most successful classes ever run at the centre. Our fitness kickboxing classes have been used by everyone from complete beginners looking to lose weight to world champions looking for superior conditioning. The Classes are non-contact and for mixed ability, we have a team of instructors available to help newer or more advanced students within the same class. All exercises are based on time periods rather than repetitions meaning no matter what your fitness levels you’re working hard throughout the class. The more you come the better your fitness and technique gets, which will allow you to keep working hard and pushing yourself beyond your preconceived limits.

It is not necessary to bring any gloves or equipment with you, although our members do prefer to eventually purchase their own gloves to protect their hands. All you need to start are comfortable clothes and a bottle of water.

Having the support of fellow members in every class can really help push you to achieve your fitness goal, we like to think of our group fitness classes as a community of driven people – helping each other every step of the way!
